🌮 Low-Fat Ground Meat Lettuce Tacos

Nutrition: 480 Cals | 45 g Protein | 25 g Carbs | 18 g Fat

🥬 What you need: 

  • Low-fat ground beef (e.g. 5–10% fat)
  • 1 onion
  • Romaine lettuce leaves
  • Tomato (chopped)
  • Avocado (diced or mashed)
  • Greek yogurt or light sour cream (drizzle)
  • 1 protein wrap
  • Olive oil spray (optional)
  • Spices: paprika, garlic powder, salt, pepper, chili

🧑‍🍳 How to make it:

    1. Cook the low-fat ground beef with spices (use minimal oil or an oil spray).
    2. Add the chopped onion and let it cook with the spices.
    3. Mix the tomatoes and avocado with salt, pepper, and a little vinegar.
    4. Fill the romaine lettuce leaves with the cooked meat and the avocado mixture.
    5. Drizzle with Greek yogurt or light sour cream.
    6. Do the same with one protein wrap.
    7. Serve and enjoy 😊
