🌮 Low-Fat Ground Meat Lettuce Tacos

🥬 What you need:
- Low-fat ground beef (e.g. 5–10% fat)
- 1 onion
- Romaine lettuce leaves
- Tomato (chopped)
- Avocado (diced or mashed)
- Greek yogurt or light sour cream (drizzle)
- 1 protein wrap
- Olive oil spray (optional)
- Spices: paprika, garlic powder, salt, pepper, chili
🧑🍳 How to make it:
- Cook the low-fat ground beef with spices (use minimal oil or an oil spray).
- Add the chopped onion and let it cook with the spices.
- Mix the tomatoes and avocado with salt, pepper, and a little vinegar.
- Fill the romaine lettuce leaves with the cooked meat and the avocado mixture.
- Drizzle with Greek yogurt or light sour cream.
- Do the same with one protein wrap.
